1 lb ground beef 2 tsp homemade taco seasoning see below 4 cups mixed salad greens 1 avocado diced ½ cup shredded cheese ½ cup salsa served in a festive Mexican bowl Optional toppings: sour cream jalapeños, olives Homemade Taco Seasoning: Mix 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp salt, pinch black pepper. Store in airtight container.
Brown ground beef with taco seasoning in skillet.
Layer greens, beef, avocado, cheese, and salsa.
