Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp homemade taco seasoning see below
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup salsa served in a festive Mexican bowl
  • Optional toppings: sour cream jalapeños, olives
  • Homemade Taco Seasoning:
  • Mix 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp salt, pinch black pepper. Store in airtight container.

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with taco seasoning in skillet.
  • Layer greens, beef, avocado, cheese, and salsa.
