“Better-Than-Takeout” Beef Stir-Fry

Quick steak stir-fry with broccoli and bell peppers, seasoned with garlic, ginger, and coconut aminos.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak sirloin or flank, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated (using a ginger grater)
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a stainless steel wok over medium-high heat.
  • Quickly cook steak slices until browned, remove and set aside.
  • In the same wok, sauté broccoli, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger until tender-crisp.
  • Return steak to wok, add coconut aminos, stir-fry another 1–2 minutes. Serve immediately with chopsticks for fun!
