The Weekly Reset
Your life works. That’s the problem.
The chapter that used to organize everything — the career, the kids, the climb — has shifted. And now you want more than a full schedule. You want to feel genuinely excited again. Motivated. Like something good is still ahead.
Every Friday morning, one short email lands in your inbox. Not a to-do list. Not a motivational quote. Just a grounded way to close your week with intention and step into the weekend like you mean it — with one clear thing to think about and one small thing to do.
No hustle talk. No fix-your-life energy. Just a steady return to what matters.
This is for you if…
You’re in your 40s, 50s, or 60s and the systems that used to drive your days — the job, the kids, the roles — have changed or gone quiet. The open space that was supposed to feel like freedom sometimes just feels like drift. You’re not in crisis. You just want more than fine.
You want to feel curious again. Motivated. Like the best parts of your life aren’t already behind you. And you want a simple, honest way to stay engaged — week after week, without overhauling everything.
We’re Krista (59) and Tom (61). We started this in 2020 — the year Tom had both hips replaced and we started asking what we actually wanted the next chapter to look like. In 2021, Krista went back to school at 54. Graduated as a rad tech in 2024. We moved in 2025. We’re figuring out how to live fully in the years before retirement and well beyond it — and writing about it as we go.
