The Fully Lived Framework
Beta begins January 2027More life in the life
you already have.
Life is hard enough without turning living it into another project. The Fully Lived Framework is a 90-day guided program that helps you get clear on what matters, stay able to take part in the life you want, and make room for the things you keep putting off. It works with the life you already have, including the weeks that get hard.
Tom and I are opening it to a small first group in January. Founding beta price: $97, printed workbook included. Bring someone with you: $167 for two.
Joining the list doesn’t commit you to anything. You’ll hear first when enrollment opens in November. Enrollment closes December 1.

How It Works
Ninety days. Three parts that work together.
Figure out what matters, protect some room for it, keep yourself able to take part, and stop saving the interesting parts of life for later. Each part joins in its own week, and from Week 3 on you use all three together.
Compass
Figure out what matters right now.
You start by looking at the week you lived, the one that happened rather than the one you planned. You sort out what’s yours to carry, choose a heading, and decide what matters most right now.
Capacity
Stay able to take part in the life you want.
You decide what movement belongs in your life, and what the smaller version looks like when the usual one doesn’t fit. You also pay attention to the ordinary things that support your energy. It isn’t a fitness program. The point is to keep your body and energy available for the life you want to live.
Experience
Stop saving the good parts for someday.
You start an Adventure Menu of things you’d like to do, try, or go back to, from coffee somewhere new to a weekend away, and you put some of them on the calendar. You start giving ordinary weeks more to look forward to.
Weeks 1–8: learn it. A few short lessons each week, with each part joining in turn.
Weeks 9–12: live it. The lessons stop, and you run the Framework yourself, using what you’ve decided is worth keeping.
Days 85–90: see what held. You look back at the 90 days and decide what’s worth keeping.
What’s included
Enroll by December 1 so there’s plenty of time to get your workbook to you before Day 1. If printing or shipping delays it, we’ll send the first week’s pages so you can start on time. If you fall behind, you never have to catch up: you open the week you’re in and keep going.
This may be for you if…
Your life may be good. It’s also full. Work, responsibilities, people you care about, and everything that has to get done take over the week, while the things you want keep moving to someday.
You’re responsible and capable, and you don’t want to blow everything up or become a different person. You’d like more of your ordinary weeks to reflect what matters to you, with something in them to look forward to.
We needed this too.
The Fully Lived Framework grew out of what has helped us live our own lives more deliberately. It isn’t a formula for how your life should look.
We’ve used it in ordinary weeks, crowded weeks, travel weeks, work weeks, and weeks when plans changed. We’re two different people and use it in very different ways. The beta is the next step: a small group using the full 90-day Framework and helping us see what works beyond our own lives.

Common questions
When does the beta begin?
Founding beta enrollment opens in November and closes December 1. Welcome Week starts January 4, and Day 1 is Monday, January 11.
How much does it cost?
The founding beta price is $97, and it includes the printed workbook. If you bring someone with you, it’s $167 for two people who enroll together. You each get your own workbook and full access.
How much time will it take?
About an hour of workbook time each week, spread out however suits you, plus a one-minute Daily Check. A short video each week, and a group call every other week. If life gets busy, you pick up from the week you’re in.
Who is it for?
People whose lives are good and getting away from them, who want a practical way to use their time on purpose. It is a personal-development program, not mental-health treatment or crisis support.
What if I have a hard week or fall behind?
You don’t catch up. You open the week you’re in and keep going. Hard weeks are built into the Framework: you learn what to make smaller, what can wait, and what to keep, and how to come back when there’s room again.
Can I do it with my partner or a friend?
Yes. Bring someone with you for $167 for two. You each work on your own life with your own workbook, and you have someone to talk it over with.
