The Fully Lived Framework
Beta planned: January 2027Stop living on autopilot.
Decide what
comes next.
The Fully Lived Framework is a 90-day guided practice for getting clear on what matters, rebuilding your ability to follow through, and making more of the life you already have.
We’re completing the Framework ourselves now, refining it as we go, and preparing for the first small beta group.
No obligation. We’ll send the final dates, format, and pricing when they’re ready.
Get the details first.
Join the interest list and we’ll let you know when the beta dates, format, and founding-group pricing are finalized.
How It Works
Ninety days. Three parts.
The Framework moves from getting clear on where you are, to building the capacity to follow through, to putting more of what matters into your actual life.
Navigator
Get honest about where you are and choose a direction.
“What needs a decision instead of another six months in the background?”
The first 30 days help you notice where your life has slipped onto autopilot — what we call drift. You’ll look at what’s true now, separate what you can control from what you can’t, and decide what deserves your attention next.
Builder
Build the capacity to keep going.
“What would make it easier to keep showing up?”
Knowing what matters doesn’t help much when you’re tired, your week keeps getting crowded, or you’re always starting over. The Builder focuses on movement, energy, recovery, and the daily structure that helps you follow through during an ordinary week — not just an ideal one.
Architect
Move what matters out of someday.
“What do I want to make room for while I can?”
The final 30 days move your intentions out of your head and into your calendar. You’ll make room for the plans, people, experiences, and everyday rhythms that make life feel fuller — and stop leaving all of them in someday.
What we’re building
We’re still deciding which additional support belongs in the beta. The final schedule, group format, and pricing will be sent to the interest list before enrollment opens.
This may be for you if…
Your life isn’t falling apart. It may even look fine from the outside. But something has changed. The structure that used to guide you no longer fits. Things you want to do keep getting pushed into someday.
You’re responsible and capable, but too much of your life is happening by default. You don’t want to blow everything up and become a different person. You want to use your time differently and make more of the life you already have.
“For people who want a fuller life, not a different one.”
We needed this too.
Handcrafted Adventure began during a season when our own lives became much smaller. What started with walks around the block and long conversations gradually changed the way we made decisions about our time, health, work, and future.
The Fully Lived Framework grew from the questions we kept returning to: Where are we headed? What’s keeping us from following through? What do we still want to make room for?
We’re not presenting a method we invented from a distance. We’re completing the full 90 days ourselves, writing about what happens, and changing what doesn’t hold up in a real week. The beta is the next step: a small group using the Framework and helping us make the final version stronger.

Common questions
When will the beta begin?
The first beta is planned for January 2027. Join the interest list for the confirmed start date and enrollment details.
How much will it cost?
Final pricing hasn’t been set. Founding beta participants will receive a lower introductory rate in recognition of the feedback they provide.
How much time will it take?
The daily practice is designed to take approximately 10–15 minutes. Some days may take less. The point isn’t to create another large obligation — it’s to create a consistent place to pay attention and make decisions.
Who is it for?
The Framework is for people who feel that too much of their life is happening on autopilot and want a practical way to regain direction, rebuild momentum, and make more deliberate use of their time. It is a personal-development practice, not mental-health treatment or crisis support.
What happens when I join the interest list?
You’ll receive the Weekly Reset every Friday and occasional updates about the Framework. When the beta details are finalized, you’ll be among the first to receive them. Joining the list does not commit you to enrolling.
Do I need to read the blog first?
No. The Framework is designed to stand on its own. Readers of Handcrafted Adventure will recognize some of the ideas and language, but no prior experience is necessary.
Interested in completing the Framework with us?

Already receiving the Weekly Reset?
Update your email preferences and select Framework Beta Interest so we know you’d like those details when they’re ready. Being subscribed to the Weekly Reset alone doesn’t add you automatically.
Go use the life you have.
